We're looking for a creative Marketing Specialist who understands that the future of enterprise marketing about crafting compelling visual narratives that help C-suite executives envision how AI to build their AI strategy
Key Responsibilities
Note: You don’t need to have ticked every marketing box to join us. We’re looking for someone who’s been part of strategic campaigns or worked alongside senior marketing leaders in a fast-moving environment, and now wants to carve out their own space in an early-stage venture. What matters is your creativity, adaptability, and hunger to grow into a leadership track role over time. We're a growth-mindset orientated company and so, you'll receive coaching from the leadership team on how to carry out these responsibilities
Design and develop compelling pitch decks and presentation materials that translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives, working collaboratively with AI Relations Specialists to create customised materials for each client engagement and ensuring that every visual element supports our Legal-First AI Framework messaging
Use AI to create comprehensive marketing assets and brand materials using design tools including Canva for rapid prototyping, Midjourney for custom illustrations and visual concepts, Framer for website design, generative AI agents like Microsoft Copilot Studio for content optimisation, Google Analytics for analysing inbound traffic and conversion rates ensuring consistent brand presentation across all client touch points and marketing channels
Collaborate actively with bid teams and AI Relations Specialists to develop winning proposal materials, sharing commission from successful deals while contributing design expertise that differentiates S.AI.L's proposals from competitors and helps enterprise clients visualise the transformation potential of legal-first AI implementation
Build and maintain a scalable design system that enables rapid customisation of marketing materials for different industries, client sizes, and geographic markets, creating templates and frameworks that support our expansion across EMEA and APAC while maintaining the quality and consistency that enterprise clients expect
Develop innovative visual communication strategies that demonstrate the ROI and strategic impact of AI transformation, creating infographics, process diagrams, and interactive presentations that help legal departments and C-suite executives understand how AI adoption drives enterprise-wide innovation and competitive advantage
Support delivery and implementation phases by creating client-facing materials, training presentations, and success story documentation that reinforces the value of our Legal-First AI Framework and builds the case studies that support future business development efforts
Drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness by analysing which visual approaches and design elements generate the strongest client response, using data-driven insights to refine our marketing materials and optimise the conversion rates that directly impact commission earnings for the entire team
Qualifications
Communication Skills: You've previously developed or nurtured skills in visual storytelling and understand how to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers. You might not have a comprehensive portfolio at this stage of your career. However, your design work shows empathy for cultures and different presentation styles customised to your audience. Your ability to present design concepts and rationale makes you a trusted partner in client engagements and bid team discussions

AI and design platforms: You bring experience or a self-taught repertoire of skills empowering you to use Canva for professional design work, Midjourney for custom illustration and visual concept development, Framer for website design and generative AI agents such as Microsoft Copilot for content creation and optimisation. Your background demonstrates comfort with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to integrate multiple platforms into efficient design workflows
Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership Potential: You're passionate about collaborative success and building the shared knowledge that enables entire teams to excel. Your approach to teamwork goes beyond individual contribution. you share design insights, teach others about effective visual communication, and contribute to the collective expertise that makes bid teams more successful. You're keen to take up more senior roles and have a desire to lead a team one day
Compensation Structure - Marketing Specialist
Commission-based structure for first 6 months
After 6 months, choose your compensation structure with options to transition to a monthly salary & performance-based bonus, or remain on commission-based plan
ESOP eligibility for founding team members upon meeting 50% first-year target (vesting backdated to start date)
