Your key responsibilities include:
Build trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, General Counsel and senior leadership teams serving as their strategic advisor for AI transformation initiatives
Conduct monthly client meetings and establish a regular dialogue to understand challenges and translate requirements into actionable AI solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud-native AI implementations
Drive sales cycles from lead to cash to close deals and provide programme support for deliverables.
Develop your professional brand and thought leadership in AI transformation, governance, and cutting-edge AI and machine learning systems
Manage independent workload while maintaining exceptional client service standards
Qualifications:
Growth Mindset: Embrace learning opportunities, view challenges as growth experiences, and stay curious about AI innovation
Consulting/Legal/Strategy Experience: Background in consulting, legal, compliance or regulatory environments, or corporate strategy roles
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and adapt communication style to different audiences
Independent Work Style: Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
Communication skills: You can explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, helping clients understand possibilities without overwhelming them with jargon or oversimplifying.
Compensation Structure - AI Relations Specialist
Commission-based structure for first 6 months or until achieving 50% of your first year annual target
Choose your compensation structure after achieving 50% target with options to transition to a monthly salary & performance-based bonus, or remain on commission-based plan.
ESOP eligibility for founding team members upon meeting 50% first-year target (vesting backdated to start date)
Territorial protection ensuring you're not competing with colleagues for the same clients
