Note: You don’t need to have held a leadership title before. We’re interested in people who’ve supported senior executives in strategic projects, stakeholder engagement, or communications, and who now want to build a career in the AI sector. If you’re adaptable, proactive, and motivated to grow in an environment where no two days are the same, this role offers a first step into shaping how the world engages with AI. We're a growth-mindset orientated company and so, you'll receive coaching from the leadership team on how to carry out your responsibilities


Responsibilities:
  • Support AI Relations Specialists in client relationship management and project delivery

  • Create educational content about AI applications and responsible AI practices

  • Assist with client onboarding processes and gather feedback on solution effectiveness

  • Shadow experienced specialists during client meetings to develop consulting skills

  • Organise client workshops and training sessions under supervision

Qualifications:
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited about developing new skills

  • Strong Communication: Ability to explain concepts clearly and participate effectively in client interactions

  • Interest in AI Innovation: Genuine curiosity about AI's practical applications

Compensation Structure - AI Relations Specialist

  • Commission-based structure for first 6 months or until achieving 50% of your first year annual target

  • Choose your compensation structure after achieving 50% target with options to transition to a monthly salary & performance-based bonus, or remain on commission-based plan.

  • ESOP eligibility for founding team members upon meeting 50% first-year target (vesting backdated to start date)
