Our Supplier Guidelines

Last updated: May 8, 2025

Thanks for your interest in becoming part of the SAIL ecosystem.

We’re always open to new service providers and partnerships that align with our mission to make legal services more intelligent, efficient, and accessible.

We receive a high volume of supplier pitches, so this page outlines how to make your submission stand out—and what you can expect from us in return.

For AI integration partners, workflow designers, and data scientists

SAIL is actively exploring partnerships with:

  • AI-driven solution providers who can design, build and embed intelligent workflows inside Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini for Google Workspace.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini for Google Workspace systems integrators or global systems integrators (GSIs).

  • AI Studios who have expertise in LLM design (frontier and MIT licensed open source models), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or chatbot UX.

  • Cybersecurity firms who specialise in red teaming, insider threat detection, and configuring cloud-native data security software.

Other items on our wish list

We’re especially keen to hear from suppliers who:

  • Can deliver solutions that support enterprise-grade compliance, security, and multi-user collaboration

  • Offer language support for major global markets (e.g. English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Mandarin)

  • (Optional, but preferred) Have previously worked with in-house legal teams, law firms, or legal operations stakeholders

We value modularity, integration-readiness, and the ability to align with our clients’ enterprise procurement cycles and strict InfoSec standards.

How to Submit

Please send your proposal to sellto@sail.legal. To help us assess fit quickly, please include:

  • A short deck summarising your solution or platform

  • A clear explanation of AI capabilities, architecture, and integration model

  • Any experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Azure/GCP ecosystems

  • Your language coverage and localisation strategy

  • Optional: client references (particularly in regulated industries like legal, finance, or healthcare)

We review all submissions on a weekly basis and follow up when there’s a clear strategic or technical fit.

And yes—we do use AI to help us review pitches. Rest assured, this analysis happens entirely within our secured corporate environment using AI tools embedded in our own tenant. Your data is never used to train public foundation models or shared outside our organisation.

If you’re a Legal Tech vendor

At SAIL, we focus on helping clients get more value from the tools they already have—particularly within their existing cloud ecosystems like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Workspace.

We do not resell legal tech platforms.

However, when clients request recommendations, we may refer them to independent legal tech consultants who are better placed to evaluate fit.

If you’re a legal tech vendor, you’re welcome to send us a short overview of your company. To protect our IP, we won’t request or review product demos or sign up for trials.

Since we’re all working toward the same goal, we may share your details with the legal tech consultants we partner with. Please include a note in your email confirming you’re happy for us to pass your contact information to trusted third parties.

If there are specific consultants you’d prefer we don’t share your details with, just let us know—we’ll respect your preferences

Ethical & Regulatory Expectations

We’re committed to maintaining high ethical standards in all supplier relationships. Please note:

  • We do not accept gifts, incentives, hospitality, or commission-based offers

  • All suppliers must comply with international anti-bribery and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations

  • Proposals should reflect transparent pricing, data use practices, and commitment to responsible AI

  • If in doubt—play it safe. We’re here to build long-term, respectful partnerships, not quick wins.

What you can expect from SAIL’s Sourcing Team

  • A thoughtful review of every submission

  • Clear communication on next steps (if any)

  • A collaborative, respectful process if we move forward
